The work that I offer to you is a journey within yourself, a journey into your connection with your spiritual essence. I intend to hold a safe container for your immersion within a profound guided meditation into an expansive, peaceful and centered state of being. My intention is always to re-connect you to your authentic self, which is eternal, wise and imbued with clarity. I am a trance channel with skillful means to access the highest states of life force energy release, and deep energy body ecstasy. My work invokes profound states of relaxation ~ and is a brilliant alternative to massage and acupuncture ~ to access the sublime states of clarity found within a relaxed and meditative consciousness. If you are suffering from tension or stress, challenging life circumstances, heartbreak and misery, or simply desire to re-connect and re-ground to your centered state of being, please know that I am a trustworthy & skillful practitioner of healing arts that will imbue you with a peaceful mind you own when returned to center. Please note that the work that I offer is *NOT* Massage or a Bodywork practice. As an Ordained Minister, I do touch in my sessions, but I work on a subtle energy level, combining the best of Reiki, Cranial Sacral, Sound Healing, Meridian work, Intuition, Kundalini Clearing and Trance Channelling. Many of my clients depart feeling ecstatic and blown away, and often return for more.

I've done sound healing sessions, reiki, group meditation, but Sitka's methods were by far the most effective for me. I just lay there, completely relaxed, my body vibrating and pulsing. I closed my eyes and could see myself as particles and waves, and I felt very clear all the way through. My breathing slowed and I entered a partial dream state, where I could calmly contemplate and meditate. Afterwards, a sense of deep calm and objectivity, and lots and lots of energy!
